Builders Beams

Cranked beams are most frequently used to support roof structures; therefore the angle of the middle member needs to follow the pitch of the roof. Full penetration welds are used with these connections to ensure the crank will carry the load. Cranked beams are also commonly used to support staircases.

We have specialised in Structural Steel work for the last 20 years. After gaining our CE mark through BSI we can design, fabricate and erect steelwork up to Execution Class 3. We have some of our more recent projects in our portfolio.

Mezzanine Floors

A steel mezzanine floor or raised storage area can provide additional work areas and office space without having to enlarge your present building or relocate your business.
